Future organization – community need to embrace multi-aspect of each individual and family involved

At the present time, in order to survive and develop, people are thinking only about the economic aspect of their survival. But there is much more. We are in need of a safe environment for our families to live, for the creative and safe environment for our children to grow. It should be offline (real world) and in the online world. We need to provide a multi-environment for ourselves, for our employees – partners, and for our customers. And we need to create through such communities – organizations, an environment for our children and families, to grow and prosper in many generations.
